What is the renewal process?
You will be reminded to renew 15 days before your last order is sent out. 
When will I receive my Order?
Your first order will be shipped out within 5 business days. 
 
If your initial order is placed between the 1st and the 14th of the month, your order will be shipped out on the 15th of the subsequent months. 
 
If your initial order is placed between the 15th and the last day of the month, your order will be shipped out on the 1st of the subsequent months. 
What is the ongoing cost?
You will be charged a one-time fee of $240 when you place your order. There is not a recurring charge. You will be reminded to renew 15 days before your last order is sent out. ​
